The role
This is a hybrid recruitment consultant position. You'll own a desk within one of our specialist sectors, build genuine relationships with clients and candidates, and help shape how Cento operates as we scale. You'll have real autonomy and real accountability from day one.

- You've proven you can build a desk, not just work one
- You're commercially sharp and comfortable with targets, but you care more about doing right by clients and candidates than hitting a quick placement
- You're restless with the status quo in recruitment and have opinions on how it should be done better
