At InterEx Group, we’re a high-performing global technology recruitment consultancy specialising in Data, ERP, CRM and Project Solutions, and we’re continuing to grow across the UK, Europe and North America.
We’re looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants with 1–4 years of agency recruitment experience to join our growing team.
You don’t need to be a technology expert as we’ll give you the industry knowledge and training you need to succeed.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of your market and manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:
- Winning new business and developing client relationships
- Sourcing and managing candidates
- Building your own network and market
- Managing placements from start to finish
- Working towards targets and maximising commission
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of agency recruitment experience
- 360 recruitment experience preferred
- Commercial and target-driven mindset
- Confident communicator
- Resilient, ambitious and competitive
- Motivated by uncapped earning potential
