Recruitment Consultant - Temporary & Contract Recruitment
Wolverhampton | Hybrid Working Available | Uncapped Bonus Potential

Reed Wolverhampton is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Temporary & Contract division, specialising in office and accountancy recruitment.
You'll be joining an experienced, high-performing and supportive team, working alongside a successful consultant.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a large geographical area, building relationships with existing clients while proactively winning new business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Generating new business through proactive B2B sales activity
- Managing and growing client accounts
- Visiting clients to understand their recruitment requirements and workforce challenges
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing temporary and contract candidates
- Negotiating rates, terms and service agreements
- Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Building your presence and reputation within the local market

This is a varied role that combines office-based sales activity with client and candidate meetings across the region.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in recruitment and/or B2B sales
- A strong track record of building relationships and developing business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A commercial mindset and a passion for achieving results
- The resilience and determination to overcome challenges
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
