Recruitment Consultant – Exeter

Exciting Opportunity with a Growing Specialist Consultancy

We’re expanding! Due to continued success and internal growth, we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and high-performing team at our stunning Exeter office in Winslade Park.

This is a brilliant opportunity to take the next step in your recruitment career, managing a hot 360 desk covering the Midlands, with plenty of existing clients, repeat business, and opportunities to grow.

Our consultants are experts in their fields, and we work with a wide range of reputable clients, many of whom we work with exclusively.

This role is taking a key part of the growth of our Engineering/Built Environment team in a very busy market, taking ownership on the location and discipline whilst making the desk your own.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Managing a 360 permanent recruitment desk
  • Developing and nurturing client relationships
  • Registering and sourcing high-calibre candidates
  • Writing and managing online job adverts
  • Using job boards, our CRM system, and LinkedIn to source candidates
  • Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process
  • Handling administration such as interview confirmations and terms of business
  • Working in line with the full RGB recruitment process

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who’s confident, motivated, and ready to grow. You might already have experience in recruitment or a sales-based role and are now looking for a new challenge where you can develop your desk and your career.

  • Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive attitude and drive to succeed
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using IT systems and social media platforms
