We are expanding our team and are on the lookout for a dynamic Recruiter to focus on permanent recruitment within our growing organisation.
The Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our permanent recruitment division. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top sales talent in permanent roles for our clients. This role demands a proactive approach, a knack for building relationships, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Drive new business development by identifying and securing new clients in need of permanent recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, networking, and direct headhunting.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for candidates.
- Develop a strong pipeline of sales professionals in relevant markets to meet client demands.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment and sales targets.
What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within sales/engineering/construction.
- Strong background in permanent recruitment with a history of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and sourcing strategies.
- A network of industry contacts is a plus.
