Based in our modern city centre location, you'll be joining a high-performing team of experienced consultants who recruit across our core markets within Construction and Property.

The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a consultant to join our Construction & Property division in Leicester, specialising in the recruitment of technical professionals within the construction consultancy market.
You'll focus on partnering with a broad range of SME consultancies, building strong relationships with business owners, directors, and key decision-makers across the region. Typical roles will include Architects, Architectural Technologists, Architectural Technicians, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, and other design and consultancy-based construction professionals.

What can I expect day to day?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work within the Construction Consultancy market, supported by colleagues and leaders with deep expertise across the built environment sector. Your role will include:
- Running a 360 desk, supporting both candidates and clients with their hiring needs
- Building relationships with SME consultancy owners, directors, and senior stakeholders across the Central region
- Providing expert, specialist advice to candidates across architecture, engineering, and construction consultancy disciplines
- Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to grow your client portfolio
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Leading by example through consistent fee performance, activity, and attitude
- Building strong market intelligence and staying ahead of trends across the construction consultancy sector
