The Role
You’ll come in with an active desk from day one, with the foundation already in place to build a strong pipeline quickly. You’ll be working on live vacancies from the outset, so you’re building toward commission straight away, not waiting three months to earn.
You'll take full ownership of the search lifecycle: winning new business, running search projects end to end, negotiating and closing, and building your own name as a specialist in your market.

We’re based in a new office at Cheshire Business Park, with onsite parking and a short walk from Lostock train station. Plenty of places nearby to grab lunch and good transport links make it an easy setup for hybrid working and celebrating wins as a team.

What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in 360 recruitment or executive search, with billing history to back it up
- Confidence winning new business and running client relationships without hand-holding
- Someone who wants a long-term stake in building something, not just their next desk
