Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining client relationships within the construction industry
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a range of roles
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
- Meeting targets and delivering outstanding service
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- Target-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus
