Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant, based in Brighouse. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and matching suitable candidates to client vacancies across the Industrial and Engineering sectors.
The role will involve managing and developing existing client relationships, while also proactively winning new business. You will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, provide market insight, and deliver effective hiring solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both business development and account management, with the ability to grow client partnerships and maximise opportunities within existing accounts, helping to drive the continued growth of the business.

Skills
- Previous experience within recruitment (Industrial, Engineering or Manufacturing sectors preferred)
- Proven ability to develop new business and win clients
- Experience managing client accounts and growing relationships to their full potential
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience interviewing and assessing candidates
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
