HIRING: Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer – White-Collar Construction
Location: Fleet Street, Zone 1, London
Salary: Competitive Basic + Excellent Commission Scheme + Perks
Experience: 1-3 years (White-collar construction background preferred)
Are you an ambitious recruiter looking to step up, maximize your earning potential, and learn from top billers?
We are expanding our high-performing Commercial Team. You will focus entirely on placing Quantity Surveyors (QS) with Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors, premium residential developers, and high-growth data centre contractors.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will work directly alongside two of our highest-performing and most experienced consultants. This is a fantastic, hands-on opportunity to learn industry secrets, refine your skills, and skyrocket your career.

The 180 Delivery Route (Resourcer / Candidate Manager)
If you love the thrill of the candidate chase but want to master the market before taking on client management, start here. You will focus entirely on sourcing top-tier QS talent for live roles. We will invest heavily in your training to mould you into a fully fledged 360 Consultant in your own right.
The 360 Consultant Route
Already managing a full desk? Hit the ground running. You will take immediate ownership of a 360 role, leveraging our excellent industry reputation and deep client networks to map the market, win business, and make high-value placements.
What we are looking for:
- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience (ideally within white-collar construction or a fast-paced technical sector).
- A high work rate, relentless drive to succeed, and a resilient mindset.
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn from elite billers.
