Recruiting Coordinator

London (Liverpool Street) | 5 Days Onsite
£135.84 - £150.96 per day

Are you highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join a busy Talent Acquisition team, playing a critical role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple business areas.
  • Coordinating candidate communications and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Acting as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Supporting recruitment administration, including maintaining accurate records and updating recruitment systems.
  • Coordinating evaluation meetings, interview feedback, and hiring process compliance.
  • Managing competing priorities and helping to drive recruitment processes forward efficiently.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and team effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, diary management, or a similar coordination-focused role.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of activity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and confidence working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, with an analytical approach to managing workloads and data.
