Recruitment Coordinator – Birmingham City Centre
We’re recruiting for a fantastic national professional service-based organisation in Birmingham City Centre, looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on an initial 3-month FTC, with potential to become permanent.
This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment experience, or a strong administrator looking to move into recruitment.
£30k, 3-month FTC with potential to perm, Hybrid (2/3 days office), Full time
Based in brand-new Birmingham city centre offices.

The role will include:
- Booking and coordinating candidate interviews
- Managing diaries and recruitment inboxes
- Candidate calls and queries
- CV screening and recruitment administration
- Working closely with candidates and stakeholders
- Supporting offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding
