We’re hiring – BOM Administrator
An exciting opportunity has become available to join Team Swift within our Product Development team as a BOM Administrator.
Working at the heart of our product development process, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), supporting both manufacturing and aftersales across our product ranges.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail and thrives in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
What will you be doing?
- Creating and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials for new and existing products
- Working closely with Product Engineers across different product groups
- Ensuring safety-critical and Type Approval components are accurately recorded
- Supporting project delivery through KPI and critical data reporting
- Assessing and maintaining product cost, weight and complexity information
- Maintaining accurate parts information and supporting our Aftersales systems
- Working collaboratively across Product Development and the wider business

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and confident working with data. Experience using data management systems, BOMs or database tools would be particularly beneficial, alongside a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
