Now Hiring: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: London, UK (Onsite)
Position: Full-Time Contract
Compensation: £28–£32/hr + Compensated OT + Benefits
Looking to grow your career in recruiting or HR? One of the world’s leading financial firms, Citadel, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its Fixed Income & Macro (FIM) recruiting team in London.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of recruiting coordination, scheduling, or related experience who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with recruiters and investment/front-office stakeholders while supporting the recruiting process for teams across the firm.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with recruiters to support the hiring process from scheduling through onboarding
- Coordinate phone, Zoom, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Manage calendars and interview logistics while ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate information in recruiting systems
- Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders throughout the process
- Assist with offer and pre-onboarding coordination
- Support recruiting and HR projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of recruiting coordination, HR, scheduling, or related professional experience
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks
- Resilient and coachable, with the ability to take feedback and learn quickly
- Comfortable working with recruiters and investment/front-office stakeholders
- Candidates must have the existing right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
