Resourcing Co-ordinator

Band 4 | NHS
Location: Remote (with occasional visits to UK sites)
Rate: £16.44 - £20.33/hr via Umbrella (Dependent on Home Location)
Duration: 6 Months

We are supporting an NHS organisation seeking a Band 4 Resourcing Co-ordinator. We are seeking a proactive Resourcing Co-ordinator to join our Resourcing team and play a key role in delivering an efficient, compliant, and high-quality recruitment service across the organisation.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who has experience in events coordination, customer service, high-volume administration, or another role that involves managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be confident communicating with a wide range of people, have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable coordinating interviews, managing recruitment processes, arranging schedules, and ensuring candidates receive a positive experience throughout their journey. Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a flexible, can-do attitude are essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
