🧩 Responsibilities:
Get help with your application

- Supporting recruitment by handling all assigned tasks via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Workday
- Facilitating interview processes by using the ATS to invite, confirm, and schedule all interview stages with candidates and Hiring Managers
- Complex scheduling coordination across the EMEA and US regions
- Ensuring all ATS data is accurate and kept up to date, with candidates notified of their application status
- Making sure all offline data is stored in line with GDPR
🎯 Qualifications:
- Experience in a Recruitment function: Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant or similar
- Previous experience using Workday ATS
- Experience working within an EMEA regional role
- Skilled in supporting across multiple geographical locations and time zones
- Strong attention to detail and ensuring 100% system accuracy in ATS
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Quick learner of new systems, software, and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes and system functionality
