We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a fast-paced, transactional role that will play a critical part in supporting recruitment activity across the business. As the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries, you will ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently, vacancies are advertised promptly, candidates are progressed efficiently through the recruitment journey, and hiring managers receive the support they need to attract and hire great talent. This role would suit someone who enjoys administration, thrives on organisation, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise vacancies across approved job boards and recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates against agreed criteria.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment processes and compliance requirements are followed consistently across all branches.
- Act as the main point of contact for branches and managers regarding recruitment queries and best practice.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment activity and proactively chase outstanding actions from hiring managers.
- Generate and distribute weekly recruitment performance reports and updates.
- Track key recruitment metrics, including vacancies, applications, interviews, and hires.
- Support onboarding administration to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiencies.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment campaigns and projects as required.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a recruitment, recruitment administration, HR administration, or coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience producing reports and managing data.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while managing a busy workload.

Desirable
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Recruitment agency or in-house recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment checks.
