This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from interview scheduling through to onboarding. You will work closely with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams and other stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of coordination throughout the hiring journey.

You will be responsible for keeping recruitment activity organised, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and providing candidates with a professional and positive experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant job descriptions, interview details, itineraries and logistical information.
  • Liaise with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and other stakeholders to coordinate interviews effectively.

  • Maintain clear, timely and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong understanding of different business areas, team structures and organisational cultures to help candidates better understand the opportunities they are being considered for.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support sourcing and recruitment activities, including identifying qualified candidates and maintaining talent networks.
  • Stay informed of recruitment trends, market developments and innovative recruitment practices.
  • Support university and campus recruitment initiatives, including posting opportunities, managing applications and coordinating related activities.
  • Build relationships with universities, professional organisations and other talent networks to support future recruitment needs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, client leaders, vendors and external partners to deliver a high-quality recruitment service.
  • Assist with additional recruitment projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
