Role: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Remote (UK)

Contract Length: 6-month contract (with potential to extend/convert to perm)

Our client is growing, and so is their recruiting team!

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator who understands that supporting a seamless hiring process requires organization, efficiency, and a candidate-first mindset. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in coordinating the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. From scheduling interviews to managing communication, your role will help reflect our company’s values, vision, and culture at every touchpoint.

Role:

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience for the teams you’ll support
  • Own scheduling for initial and onsite stage interviews for aligned functions (heavily focused on Engineering)
  • Deliver a consistent and positive experience for both interviewers & candidates
  • Support scaling of interviewer operations as needed
  • Develop partnerships with Recruiters & Interviewers

Looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate on recruiting matters clearly and concisely
  • Adapts well to change and new scenarios
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Passionate about talent acquisition as a function, and building a diverse and inclusive team
  • Experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred), scheduling tools (e.g. Gem Scheduling, GoodTime, Prelude), and Google Suite
