Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our London team, supporting tech hiring across the EMEA region. Reporting to our US-based TA Operations leadership, you will serve as the engine of our talent acquisition process—owning interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and contract generation for technical roles across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate and schedule technical interviews across EMEA time zones in close partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Interviewer Pool Management: Manage and maintain interview panels using GoodTime (or similar scheduling software) to balance interviewer load, optimize availability, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Contracts & Compliance: Generate employment contracts and offer documentation, liaising with Legal and HR teams on country-specific regulatory requirements across EMEA.
- Candidate Experience & On-Site Support: Greet candidates for in-person interviews and serve as a responsive, professional point of contact throughout the hiring journey.
- Process Execution: Initiate background checks and ensure accurate data management within the ATS.
- Operational Problem Solving: Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, help prioritize urgent/high-visibility requisitions, and optimize panel capacity.
- TA Operations Projects: Support broader TA initiatives, including process improvements, reporting, and recruitment tooling rollouts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
