Role Description

The Recruitment Coordinator role at ANZUK Education UK is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The Recruitment Coordinator will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for education and school support staff.

  • Maintaining accurate candidate records
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and vetting requirements
  • Liaising with schools to understand staffing needs and confirm bookings
  • Responding to inquiries from candidates and clients
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Supporting the use of ANZUK’s technology platforms for efficient recruitment and placement
  • Collaborating with colleagues
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Supporting initiatives that enhance the candidate and client experience

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships with educators, schools, and internal teams.
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing to support candidate selection, screening, and coordination of recruitment activities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, to manage inquiries, share updates, and document processes accurately.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vacancies, deadlines, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or education staffing environments is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding and compliance requirements in the UK education sector is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with office software and recruitment or CRM systems is preferred.
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
