Location: Stone, Staffordshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract with Potential for Permanent Employment
Safer Hand Solutions are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join their People & Culture team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working with people, coordinating processes, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. The role is initially offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to appointment.
- Create and advertise vacancies across a range of recruitment channels.
- Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Arrange interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
- Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activity and feedback.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references and right-to-work checks.
- Organise new starter inductions and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate equipment and access requirements for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment and onboarding systems and records.
- Produce recruitment and onboarding reports where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a coordination-focused role.
- Experience arranging interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
