An international organisation is looking for a proactive Recruitment Assistant to support its London hiring activity. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, HR and hiring managers, you’ll help manage recruitment from initial vacancy through to offer and onboarding.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing CVs and coordinating shortlists for hiring managers.
- Scheduling interviews across offices and time zones, managing logistics, and ensuring candidates are well prepared.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and proactively chasing interview feedback.
- Liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies throughout the hiring process.
- Preparing offer documentation, tracking acceptances, and producing recruitment reports.
- Supporting pre-employment screening and coordinating a smooth handover to HR.
- Keeping future joiners engaged ahead of their start date.
- Supporting recruitment projects, agency administration, and invoice processing.

About You
You’ll bring at least three years’ recruitment experience, ideally gained within a legal or professional services environment, and be ready to take on a broader remit.
- Highly organised and confident communicating with stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive approach, discretion, and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience are essential.
