Recruitment Coordinator
Location: London, UK
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Contract
Schedule: Onsite Monday–Friday
Pay: £28–£32/hr. (Dependent on experience)
We are partnering with a premier global financial institution seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join its London recruiting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-career recruiting, HR, coordination, or professional services experience who is looking to continue building their career within a sophisticated, fast-paced global organization.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple stakeholders, candidates, and time zones
- Partner closely with recruiters throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate scheduling and interview logistics from initial coordination through final stages
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Communicate regularly with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure interview processes move forward efficiently while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate information, and scheduling details
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively identify solutions
- Support additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 1+ years of professional experience; recruiting coordination, recruiting, HR, executive search, or similar experience preferred
- Strong academic background
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Confident and polished communication skills
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in working within financial services
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, high-performance environment
