We're looking for an organised, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. You'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while coordinating interviews, managing recruitment operations, and supporting one of the company's flagship early careers hiring programmes.

What you'll be doing
- Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and hiring teams
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Support internship and graduate recruitment programmes
- Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment systems accurately
- Ensure interview feedback, evaluations and compliance are completed on time
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving at pace
- Identify process improvements and proactively solve scheduling challenges
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from application through to offer
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar
- Exceptional organisation and diary management skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident using Excel and recruitment systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
