Internal Recruitment Coordinator
£35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Full-Time, permanent role
8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (needs to be onsite and can be an earlier start)

Role Overview:
Internal Recruitment Coordinator needed to work within a busy HR team for a manufacturer based in Exeter. This role provides support to the HR function in delivering an effective and positive service to employees and managers throughout the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Included in this position, you will undertake general administrative duties and assist with various HR related matters.
Skills and experience needed for this role:
- Recruitment Coordinating experience managing full-cycle, in-house recruitment whilst also working with suppliers /agencies
- Supporting hiring managers with potential candidates including Calendar management for interview bookings
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
- Process driven with an aptitude for complex processes
- Excellent IT systems skills
- Sensitivity to general HR situations
- Ability to interact with varying levels of employees and managers and adapt style accordingly

Internal Recruitment Coordinator Duties:
- Provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent appointments
- Organising pre-employment medicals and inductions
- Process all employee changes: Drafting all contracts and variation to contract letters, maintaining employee records, processing employee performance reviews, coordinating annual training, processing starters and leavers
- Collating and preparing document packs to support the HR Advisers with casework
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on headcount
- Maintain and update the divisional organisational charts and reports on joiners, leavers etc. and general HR support in all areas of HR.
