Recruitment Coordinator
Oxford
12-month Contract - Hybrid
£24.09 per hour - Umbrella
ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a global leader in aerospace innovation.
The Role:
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial brief and job posting through to candidate selection, offer generation, pre-onboarding and Induction.
- Direct source candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and targeted candidate search strategies.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate, schedule and attend interview panels, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for all applicants.
- Maintain data integrity within Workday, ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to internal governance and data protection standards (GDPR).

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience verifying candidate educational backgrounds, technical certifications, and specialised licenses (e.g., engineering indentures, technical apprenticeships, or specialised operational ratings).
- Understanding of standard UK pre-employment screening and security clearance requirements (e.g., BPSS / SC Clearance) relevant to defence or secure operational environments Desirable
- Degree level education (or equivalent professional experience). CIPD qualification in Human Resources or in-house recruitment is desirable.
- Knowledge of Workday would be highly desirable
