Purpose of the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and candidate-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our Internal Talent Team at The Bleep 360 Group.
You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment across our CQC and Ofsted-regulated care services, from vacancy approval and advertising through to offers and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, efficient and compliant recruitment experience.
Key Duties
- Coordinate recruitment from vacancy approval through to onboarding across multiple roles.
- Advertise vacancies, screen applications, proactively source candidates and arrange interviews.
- Manage offers and coordinate pre-employment checks, including DBS, references, right to work and qualification verification.
- Ensure recruitment activity meets safer recruitment and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment trackers and compliance documentation.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, Registered Managers and internal stakeholders.
- Support high-volume recruitment campaigns, employer branding, recruitment events and candidate attraction initiatives.
- Monitor vacancy progress, time-to-hire and recruitment KPIs, escalating delays or concerns where necessary.
- Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment administration.
- Experience coordinating recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience completing pre-employment checks within a regulated care environment or to equivalent safer recruitment standards.
- Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies, deadlines and candidate pipelines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/ATS, such as Talos.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively.
Desirable
- Experience recruiting for national or multi-site roles.
- Experience conducting interviews.
- Experience in health and social care, children's services or another regulated sector.
- Experience supporting employer branding or recruitment events.
