📝 Contract Type: 12 month, fixed term contract, hybrid
⌚ Hours: 35 hours per week
💰 Salary: £30,321.51 – Rest of the UK - £33,353.66 – London

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our continued growth by overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle and cultivating strong partnerships across the organisation. You’ll bring an understanding of regulatory requirements and a basic awareness of employment law. Working within a collaborative team, you’ll confidently juggle multiple priorities, take initiative, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our processes.
Your keen eye for detail will ensure accuracy across all recruitment activities, and you’ll take responsibility for producing and interpreting recruitment reports to inform and strengthen our hiring strategy.
