Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our global Recruitment team, supporting the hiring of permanent employees across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in recruitment within a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and colleagues across the business, gaining exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your skills in candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination and stakeholder management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the recruitment team with hiring across different levels, functions, and locations globally.
  • Helping to identify high-quality candidates through LinkedIn and other direct sourcing channels.
  • Reviewing direct applications and identifying candidates who meet the requirements of our roles.
  • Conducting initial candidate conversations and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating interviews and working closely with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Keeping candidate information and recruitment systems accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting recruiters with the management of candidate pipelines and helping to ensure recruitment activity remains on track.
  • Proactively reaching out to potential candidates and helping to build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Building relationships with candidates and helping to develop our longer-term talent pools.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to the end of the recruitment process.
  • Working collaboratively with recruiters across different regions, providing support where hiring demand is highest.
  • Developing your understanding of our different business areas, roles, and target candidate profiles.
  • Supporting wider recruitment projects and initiatives as required.
  • As your experience develops, taking greater ownership of candidate sourcing, screening, and elements of the recruitment process.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • An interest in developing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Some previous experience in recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates and colleagues at different levels.
  • A proactive approach and an interest in identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across a global team.
  • Confidence using technology and an interest in learning new recruitment tools and systems.
  • A positive, curious, and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
