Recruitment Coordinator
We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team, taking ownership of weekly-paid recruitment across our operational areas at our Alconbury Weald site.
- You’ll manage vacancies from attraction through to offer and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, advertise roles, screen applications and coordinate interviews and assessments.
- You’ll also play a key role in building candidate pipelines, keeping applicants informed throughout the process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in high-volume recruitment would be valuable, but we’re also keen to hear from people who are enthusiastic about building a career in recruitment.
