Centry Services Limited (Centry) provides a back-office support function to six leading removal/relocation companies in the UK.

We provide support in Claims management, IT, Human Resources (HR services, Recruitment & Payroll), Legal & Compliance, Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Summer Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team for a 3-month temporary assignment. In this fast-paced role, you will help us attract, source, and secure top-tier talent during our busy summer hiring period. Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Talent Pools: Utilize diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, CV Library, job fairs, social media, and referrals) to build a robust, diverse talent pipeline.
  • Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, seamlessly scheduling virtual and in-person interviews.
  • On boarding & Compliance: Conduct background checks, verify employment histories, check references, and assist with new-hire paperwork.
  • Offers & Closing: Help extend job offers, negotiate terms, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Employer Branding: Champion our company culture and values throughout the recruitment lifecycle to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Availability to commit to a full 3-month temporary contract over the summer.
  • A graduate or someone with a strong work ethic and ambition.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
