About the Role
Join a fast-paced and collaborative recruitment team where you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll support the full recruitment lifecycle, helping to keep recruitment processes moving efficiently while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional stakeholder service.
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity that offers exposure to all stages of talent acquisition while contributing directly to business growth and recruitment success. Working closely with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment team members, you'll help attract, engage, and secure top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and post job advertisements across careers pages, job boards, and social networks.
- Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple vacancies and stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage candidate applications and support screening activities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and support employment offer processes.
- Coordinate employment checks, including background and right-to-work verification where required.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within PageUp and other recruitment systems.
- Support recruitment reporting, metrics, and data integrity requirements.
- Manage and respond to recruitment inbox enquiries.
- Prepare recruitment documentation, correspondence, and interview materials.
- Build effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, business leaders, and recruitment team members.
- Handle confidential candidate and business information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Support recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

About You
- Previous recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, or administration experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, or process-driven environment.
- Exposure to candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience using recruitment systems, ideally PageUp or a similar ATS.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
- Adaptable and comfortable working within a changing environment.
