Recruitment Coordinator

Department: Recruiting Solutions

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Osterley, UK - Hybrid

Description

This role will focus on supporting the delivery of innovative marketing and attraction campaigns, successful candidate management and development of talent pipelines for each early careers programme. Engaging candidates from the first point of contact through to their first day.

Outcomes

  • Ensure and maintain a high level of candidate experience is successfully delivered throughout the selection process
  • Ensure SLA timeframes are met when responding to queries in the Early Careers & attraction mailbox
  • Plan and run assessment centres and logistics involved (room bookings, timetable management, pre-event invites and communications)
  • Provide timely and insightful feedback to attendees post assessment centre and manage pipelines efficiently in ATS
  • Accuracy is always ensured in matters of governance and compliance
  • Follow all internal processes accurately and in accordance with relevant legislation, supporting candidates with reasonable adjustments during the application process
  • Follow visa and eligibility requirements, receive and record new hire eligibility documents
  • Provide accurate and timely candidate expense management
  • Provide accurate information during the offer and onboarding process (raising contracts, monitoring acceptances and declines, supporting onboarding team needs)
  • Internal stakeholders are fully supported
  • Ensure RBP’s and Campaign Lead are kept informed and updated to deliver selection and attraction programme needs for the Sky account.
  • Participate in working groups to identify issues and improvements
  • Support onboarding events and activity, processing joiner detail accurately and on time
  • Continually build on knowledge and experience of the Early Careers space
  • Participate in recruitment events, careers fairs, and internal activity such as welcome events and graduations throughout the year
  • Participate in ad-hoc project groups as required
  • Build own knowledge of the Early Careers landscape, industry research and trends
  • Campaign outcomes are successful
  • Work directly with job boards and networks to advertise Sky’s opportunities and events including link generation and copy writing
  • Event activities are smoothly executed
  • Attend key insight events to promote and generate interest for our early careers programmes
  • Handle inbox queries relating to attraction activities and candidate engagement
  • Communicate effectively with candidate cohorts to support advocacy content and social

  • Be willing to travel when required.
  • Understand the higher education system and early careers recruitment cycles in the UK
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work at pace and under pressure.
  • High-energy and articulate with a customer focused mindset.
  • Microsoft office experience: excel, plus proficient user of PowerPoint and Word
  • Results-oriented, motivated, enthusiastic, and resilient
  • Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Flexible working style

Other Information

  • Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30pm
  • Role based onsite at the Client offices with flexible working
  • 3-month probationary period
