Location: Torpoint, PL11 2PA
Salary: From £600 per week + Uncapped Commission
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and temporary workers. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of recruitment operations while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
The Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of temporary workers while supporting client requirements and ensuring operational excellence. Acting as the primary point of contact for our workforce, you will oversee recruitment activities, workforce planning, and client support to ensure staffing requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and onboard temporary workers to meet ongoing client requirements.
- Maintain staffing levels to ensure all daily bookings and client orders are fulfilled.
- Coordinate worker schedules, shift allocations, and transport arrangements.
- Produce and manage daily rotas, including shift times, work locations, and PPE requirements.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and welfare checks for temporary workers.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
- Attend client sites to monitor attendance, resolve operational issues, and ensure service delivery standards are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure recruitment, planning, and transport functions operate efficiently.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company procedures and employment legislation.
- Respond professionally to changing client demands and operational priorities.

Candidate Requirements
The Successful Applicant Will Demonstrate:
- Previous experience within recruitment, workforce planning, or a similar coordination role (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- Good IT skills and the ability to manage recruitment systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to support operational requirements, including occasional weekends when required.
- A Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
