We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help us find the right people for Chilled Pubs — and give every candidate a brilliant experience along the way.
This is a busy, high-volume recruitment role, with lots of your time spent speaking to candidates over the phone and on video.
You’ll review applications, run screening calls, ask great questions and work out whether someone could be right for Chilled.
Just as importantly, you’ll make sure every candidate gets a proper taste of what we’re about: warm, energetic, engaging and full of personality.
What you’ll be doing:
Candidate Screening & Experience
- Reviewing applications and CVs
- Running screening calls / video calls across a wide range of roles
- Asking great questions and genuinely listening
- Assessing candidates consistently against what we’re looking for
- Building rapport quickly and making candidates feel comfortable
- Explaining our roles, pubs and culture
- Getting brilliant candidates excited about taking the next step with Chilled
- Keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process

Recruitment Coordination
- Keeping candidates moving smoothly through our recruitment process
- Arranging interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Keeping candidate records and recruitment systems accurate
- Sending contracts and joining information
- Helping to set up new starters correctly
- Making sure nothing — and nobody — falls through the cracks
Attraction Support
- Posting and refreshing job adverts
- Managing job board activity
- Supporting recruitment campaigns
- Helping make sure our vacancies reach the right people
What we’re looking for:

- Are confident speaking to new people over phone and video

- Have good judgement and can assess people objectively
- Are seriously organised

- Have excellent attention to detail
- Can comfortably manage a busy candidate pipeline
- Take pride in delivering a consistently brilliant experience
