Working within the People Team and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll support recruitment activity from role setup through to offer, helping hiring managers, candidates and colleagues navigate the recruitment process efficiently and effectively. You’ll play an important role in ensuring recruitment activity is well coordinated, accurately recorded and supported by reliable systems and data.

This is a highly organised and coordination-focused role, suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, improving processes and helping others achieve successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate recruitment activity across multiple vacancies, helping ensure hiring processes remain on track.
  • Support role setup activities, including preparing adverts, documentation and recruitment workflows.
  • Screen applications and support longlisting activities against agreed role criteria.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment journey.

Interview and Candidate Experience

  • Coordinate interviews across teams, locations and time zones.
  • Manage interview scheduling changes and support a seamless candidate experience.
  • Help gather feedback and support hiring managers through key recruitment stages.
  • Manage recruitment inbox activity and respond to candidate and stakeholder queries.

  • Support the day-to-day operation of Teamtailor, ensuring recruitment information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Help maintain high-quality recruitment data and audit-ready records.
  • Contribute to the consistent use of recruitment processes, templates and workflows.
  • Support colleagues with system queries and help embed efficient ways of working.

Reporting and Market Insight

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
