About Octavia House Schools

At Octavia House Schools, we have a passionate team delivering high quality trauma-centred therapeutic education, supporting and building relationships with pupils who have adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as other associated special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Octavia House schools have been leading the way in therapeutic education since 2012. Recent Independent School Inspectorate’s routine and material change inspections of our London and Essex schools were successful and highlighted a rare significant strength. This is in addition to our previous outstanding Ofsted reports which demonstrate the strength of our provision across all sites and the success of our specialist therapeutic approach.

Recruitment Coordinator Opportunity

We are now offering an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our dedicated People team on a fixed-term contract from September 2026 (flexible start date), supporting the full recruitment and onboarding cycle and ensuring first-class candidate and colleague experience. This role is central to the smooth running of our HR operations and plays a key part in safeguarding, compliance and our relationship-first culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
