The Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team attracts, assesses, and hires top-tier talent for TikTok's corporate functions — including Legal, Public Policy, Brand & Communications, and Global Security — partnering with hiring leaders to understand their needs and build teams that can keep pace with a fast-growing business. The work is both strategic and hands-on: we balance data-driven decision-making and a high-quality candidate experience across regions and time zones, while navigating highly specialized, often hard-to-fill roles that require deep market knowledge and strong cross-cultural judgment. Join us and you'll directly shape the teams behind some of TikTok's most critical functions, working at the intersection of talent strategy and business growth to help the company hire best-in-class talent.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews independently across multiple time zones, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Support the review and initial screening of direct applications and employee referrals against agreed selection criteria and role requirements.
- Support candidate sourcing through external platforms, such as LinkedIn, to proactively identify and engage potential candidates for open roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment information across internal systems, ensuring data quality throughout the recruitment process.
- Use internal recruitment tools and systems to analyse hiring data, track recruitment activity and prepare reports to support business and recruitment needs.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates, coordinating interview logistics and helping to deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to ad hoc recruitment projects and initiatives, including talent mapping, market research, process improvement and other activities that support the wider Talent Acquisition team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
