An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing automotive business in Daventry. Working closely with the HR/recruitment team and hiring managers, you’ll play a key role in keeping recruitment activity running smoothly and delivering a positive experience for candidates.
From advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process, this is a varied Recruitment Coordinator role offering plenty of opportunity to build your recruitment knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities Of The Recruitment Coordinator
- Support recruitment activity across a variety of roles and departments.
- Create and advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn and internal databases.
- Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with references, background checks and pre-employment requirements.
- Support the preparation of offers and onboarding documentation.
- Provide general recruitment administration and maintain accurate recruitment records.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within recruitment, HR, administration or a similar coordination role would be beneficial.
- Recruitment agency or internal recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Experience within automotive, manufacturing or engineering would be beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident, professional and personable communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Competent Microsoft Office skills; experience with an ATS, job boards or LinkedIn would be advantageous.
- A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing a career within recruitment.
