Recruitment Coordinator

Elevation HR are excited to be recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator for a growing manufacturing & construction business based in Doncaster on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in helping the business attract and hire great people across a diverse range of office-based and shop-floor positions. You'll be involved throughout the recruitment journey, from sourcing, screening and vetting candidates through to coordinating interviews, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on the candidate experience and support the business as it continues to grow.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide recruitment support from brief through to appointment
  • Take ownership of candidate communication, ensuring everyone receives a positive and engaging experience throughout the process
  • Manage the coordination of interviews, assessments and offers, keeping everything organised and on track
  • Support the onboarding and pre-boarding journey, making sure successful candidates feel welcomed and informed ahead of joining
  • Use recruitment systems to manage candidate information, track activity and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and publish creative job adverts across relevant channels to attract a strong and diverse pool of candidates

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, construction or similar industry would be ideal
  • Confident managing a busy, high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
