Recruitment Coordinator โ€“ Remote UK

Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support day-to-day recruitment activities and help deliver a smooth candidate experience. This entry-level remote role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who is interested in developing a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to interview coordination
  • Review applications and assist with initial candidate screening
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records
  • Support job advertising and candidate sourcing activities
  • Coordinate recruitment-related administration and documentation
  • Work closely with recruiters and internal teams to support hiring activities
  • Help ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience
