Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support day-to-day recruitment activities and help deliver a smooth candidate experience. This entry-level remote role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who is interested in developing a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to interview coordination
- Review applications and assist with initial candidate screening
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records
- Support job advertising and candidate sourcing activities
- Coordinate recruitment-related administration and documentation
- Work closely with recruiters and internal teams to support hiring activities
- Help ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
