On-Site Role based in Petersfield
Salary: £13.53 per hour
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for talent acquisition, recruitment, and candidate sourcing who enjoys building relationships and matching great people with great opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for a variety of vacancies across site.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate identification through to onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Manage job adverts across various recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed accurately and in line with company procedures.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or administration is desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
- A proactive and professional approach with excellent attention to detail.
