Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: City of London
Role: Full-time permanent role
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (4 days in office)
Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum
The firm
Our client is a prestigious US law firm with a strong international presence and an established London office. The firm is highly regarded for its work on complex, high-profile matters for leading organisations worldwide and offers a collaborative, professional and high-performing environment.
The role
In your new role as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive recruitment and administrative support, coordinating the recruitment process from requisition through to offer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes for legal and business services vacancies.
- Reviewing CVs, managing candidate shortlists and scheduling interviews across multiple offices and time zones.
- Liaising with candidates, hiring managers and recruitment agencies to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records, tracking progress and ensuring timely interview feedback.
- Preparing offer documentation and supporting pre-employment screening and onboarding.
- Supporting recruitment projects, process improvements and reporting, while keeping up to date with recruitment market trends.

What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Legal Recruitment experience at a law firm.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
