The Opportunity:

Join our Hays onsite recruitment team as a Recruitment Coordinator, an integral role at the heart of our client partnership. This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, confident engaging with stakeholders, and able to bring both personality and backbone to day-to-day interactions.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Managing the end-to-end coordination of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Liaising with hiring managers to extend workers past their end dates and gather feedback throughout the process.
  • Coordinating vacancy briefing calls and working with Hays consultants and/or agency partners to support fulfilment.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal hiring managers, third-party suppliers, Recruitment Consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring data integrity across systems and producing accurate, regular management information and account reporting.
  • Overseeing time-sheet approval processes for approx. 250 contractors.
  • Reviewing and supporting reporting on DBS recharges.
  • Speaking with the business about reporting carried out on the account and ensuring information is clear, consistent, and timely.
  • Contributing to the development of a smooth, efficient MSP service through continuous process improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
