Recruitment Coordinator | £45,000 | West End | Hybrid 4/1
I am recruiting for a fantastic Recruitment Coordinator opportunity with a successful and rapidly growing business operating within the energy infrastructure and renewable energy sector.
📍 West End, London
💰 Circa £45,000 + highly competitive bonus of circa 25-30%
🏡 Hybrid – 4 days office / 1-day WFH
This is a busy and varied coordination role supporting the recruitment process from interview scheduling and candidate management through to offers, onboarding, recruitment reporting, and agency management.
We are looking for someone with 2–3 years’ administration, coordination, or relevant experience who is exceptionally organised, with a mature and professional approach, and with meticulous attention to detail.

A key requirement is strong CRM/database management experience, alongside exposure to HRIS, ATS, or other people/recruitment systems. You’ll be working with sensitive and highly confidential information, so discretion, accuracy, and sound judgement are essential.
You could already be working within Recruitment/Talent Coordination, HR, Sales Administration, Compliance, or a broader administrative/coordination role and be looking to develop your experience further within recruitment.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent accuracy
- 2-3 years’ experience
- Strong CRM/database and data management experience
- Exposure to HRIS/ATS or similar systems
- Excellent coordination and diary management skills
- Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and external agencies
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
- A proactive, organised, and professional approach

Previous recruitment coordination experience would be advantageous, but we are very open to transferable backgrounds where the systems, administration, data management, and coordination experience is strong.
