Job Description

Lifeways Group - Brand New Service - Exciting Support Worker Opportunities in Cobham

Help to build a new service - We're building a brand-new team in Cobham and are looking for people who want to shape the culture from day one - With easy access from Byfleet, West Byfleet, Addlestone, Weybridge, Leatherhead and Woking.

Pay Rate: £13.90p/h

Location: Cobham, Surrey

Contract: Full Time, Part time & Bank

Shift Pattern: Monday–Sunday, working alternate weekends

Day shifts Varied between: 07.00 - 22:00

Waking Night Shifts: 22:00-7:00

About The Role

You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge in a 24/7 care setting. Every day is different, and every moment matters. Whether that’s supporting someone to gain confidence using public transport, enjoy a day out with friends, work towards employment, build independence or achieve something they never thought possible, you’ll play a huge part in helping people live the lives they choose.

  • Have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a customer-facing role where you've supported others
  • Are committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect

We’ll provide full training—including NAPPI & BSL—and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.
