Delivery Consultant

Location: Leeds/Pudsey

Must have: Full UK Driving Licence

Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Monthly Commission


At TRC Group, we specialise in delivering Temporary and Permanent solutions across Industrial, Transport & Logistics, Healthcare, Technical, Commercial, Engineering and Procurement & Supply Chain, M&E and Power & Energy sectors. Over the last 10 years, we have grown from a small Northern based provider to a real powerhouse in the sectors we supply across the Globe. Within this, of course there is always more room to grow. Within our Transport & Logistics Division, we are looking to add an experienced Delivery Consultant to play an integral part to the aggressive growth plans TRC have in place for 2026/27!

The Job

The job will vary, but from day one you will;

  • Proactively and reactively resourcing candidates
  • Manage a full candidate journey from application to placement
  • Advertising
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process Clients and Candidates

The Candidate

  • Previous experience in recruitment, candidate management, employment pre-screening and onboarding.
  • Proven background in high volume role(s) is essential.
  • Proven background in solid administration role(s) is essential.
  • An organised approach meaning you can work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst working with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work accurately at pace
  • Excellent IT skills; proficient in MS Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
  • Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to personal development
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity and lead by example
