The Company
An international fast-growing very high billing Tech recruitment agency based in Bromley are seeking to hire an experienced recruitment delivery consultant ASAP.
The Role
The position will be a delivery role and you would expect to develop to a 360 consultant within a year. You will work either in Public Sector Tech, Salesforce IT Recruitment Team or within the Renewable Energy brand in the group. You will interview for the group and they will discuss which team you'd prefer and fit best. There are three positions available currently.
The Package
- Salary depends on experience and success but will be circa £25,000
- 15-20% commission no threshold!
- Build a contract book as a delivery consultant.
- 30% split on deals increasing to 50% once you are a consultant.
- OTE £45 to 70k

- You will be working underneath very high billers who will train you to be the same, you must want to take advantage of this learning opportunity and see the benefit in working one to one with £600k plus billers.

The Requirements
- At least one year's experience doing recruitment or B2B sales experience.
- You must want to do a 360 role eventually with training and support available.
- You must want to work in the office full time and be commutable to Bromley.
