Recruitment Delivery Consultant
Ampere Recruitment is a specialist recruitment company focused exclusively on the power electronics and power semiconductor industry. We connect exceptional engineering and commercial talent with businesses driving the future of power conversion, semiconductor design, and electrification. As a young, ambitious company in a fast-growing sector, we're building a team that combines deep market knowledge with genuine care for candidates and clients alike.
Ampere is currently founder-led, so you'll be joining a small, close-knit team this suits someone who enjoys working closely with leadership, wearing multiple hats, and helping shape the business as it grows.
The Role
We're looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our growing team, full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week). You'll start by focusing on candidate delivery sourcing, screening, and engaging talent for live roles with a clear path to progress into a full 360 recruitment consultant position as you develop.

What you'll be doing
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting
- Contacting and building relationships with candidates across the power electronics and power semiconductor space
- Screening and qualifying candidates against client requirements
- Managing candidates through the interview and offer process
- Keeping accurate records in our CRM/database
- As you progress: taking on business development, client management, and full ownership of the recruitment process (360 role)
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills and confidence picking up the phone
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and genuine curiosity about people and technology
- Comfortable working in a small, founder-led team environment
- Resilience and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Based in or able to commute to Wallingford or Henley-on-Thames
